The Context

A bohemian villa with warm earthy tones, natural textures, and relaxed spaces designed for slow, restful living

Set within the hustle bustle of Balangan area, this villa introduces a warm bohemian character that contrasts with the other common minimalist villas nearby. Rich clay-colored walls and earthy tones, and give the architecture a softer and more expressive identity. Framed by tropical planting and intimate outdoor areas, the property feels secluded and relaxed, offering an atmosphere that encourages guests to slow down and enjoy the surroundings. Within the home, bright and airy rooms are shaped by sunlight entering through tall openings and wide windows. Timber elements, woven fixtures, and calm sand-toned surfaces create a soothing palette throughout the interior. Sculpted niches, rounded transitions, and layered textures add visual interest while preserving the calm and uncluttered feeling of the space. The outdoor courtyard reflects the owner’s vision of creating a personal sanctuary for rest and connection. With relaxed seating areas, a hammock corner, and shaded terraces, the villa brings the owner’s dream retreat to life. an idea carefully shaped and realized together through design. With thoughtful material selection, and close consultation, the villa was realized exactly as envisioned in the renders while ensuring a strong and durable build
